Lindsey Byers (Executive Director): Lindsey received a B.S. in Marketing
from USI in 2005. Before coming to work as the Executive Director in January of 2012, Lindsey served on the Board of Directors for WHS since 2007. Lindsey has always had a love for animals and a passion for helping them in any way possible. "Planning fundraisers and getting the community involved with such an amazing shelter as WHS is such a rewarding job; I absolutely love it!" Lindsey is owned by a chocolate lab named Moose and a puggle named Pepper.
Andrea Taborn (Manager): Andrea has been the shelter manager of Warrick Humane Society since 2006. In August of 2011, Andrea became manager of the Home Away Pet Spa as well. Andrea has had a love for dogs her entire life, always dragging stray or injured animals home as a child. As an adult Andrea rescued a Yorkshire Terrier and her love for the breed grew, and she started her own Yorkie Rescue; saving them from kill shelters, owners, and breeders. She also has a love for Shar Pei's and rescues them whenever possible as well. Andrea and her family are owned by three yorkies: Bijou, Fendi, and Brady; three chihuahuas: Spike, Alex, and Star; and a shar pei mix, Attila.
Tyson Senger (Assistant Manager): Tyson has been working at WHS for close to 2 years now. He has a passion
for helping animals and strongly believes in what the organization
stands for. He's a fully dedicated employee in making sure the animals
at the shelter get the best possible care during their stay. Also, he
hopes to one day start his own animal rescue. Tyson is owned by Thriller, his pointer mix that he rescued from Warrick Humane Society.
